Ruth Caperfoli

Ruth Caperfoli has always had a desire to help women in need, which guided her to a Masters in Social Welfare from the University of Missouri. Ruth has volunteered for the Justice Project for more than 5 years, and is known for bringing her famous oatmeal cookies to the Willow Room to share.

I got my love of helping others from my mother, who worked for the Salvation Army every Christmas until the year she retired. The Justice Project is a charity with heart, and I want to help keep it helping women in need!
